This machine mainly consists of door frame assembly, rod system assembly, hydraulic system assembly , input and output slide assembly, electrical control system, KR-350 CO2 gas shielded welding machine etc.
The major parts of door frame, such as wall plate, upright post, beam etc are all welded-structure parts, they have had stress release treatment with big intensity and light weight, hard to get distorted. Driving roller, driving pressing roller are both specialized steel and had special machining treatment, therefore they have good wearing resistance and high precision.
Positioning centering action of this machine is driven by hydraulic system. To apply preliminary positioning centering through rod system, then apply accurate centering and clamping through door frame assembly. Preliminary rod positioning centering structure mainly consists of rod cabinet, rod, turning spindle, swinging arm and guide wheel etc. Swinging arm can be rapidly centered synchronously by the connection of rod. Wing plate accurate centering clamping procedure is completed by hydraulic system—minor gear and rack—minor chain wheel and chain—minor rod drive. Ventral plate accurate centering clamping procedure is completely by hydraulic system—minor gear and rack—minor chain wheel and chain—minor rod drive. Chain wheel tensioning adjustment structure keeps drive more rapid and accurate. Clamping wheel is slightly eccentric so it can smicro-adjust the structure and press the wheel more adhere to the steel plate. Driving pressing roller is also completed by hydraulic pressure; the whole procedure is convenient, simple, accurate and operated by electrical control table. The positioning, centering speed, tensioning force etc can be freely adjusted by the steel specification and operation skill level. This machine can weld symmetrical and asymmetrical H steel, asymmetrical H steel adjustment applies wing plate drive chain loosening and manual advancing method. Hydraulic drive and special structure of synchronized machinery positioning and centering guarantees the accurate ventral plate positioning to all wing plates of different width. The hydraulic lift on rear beam can line unit, rolling wheel can be turned for the aligning of wing plate and minor plate to guarantee the straightness of surface part of the H steel. Welding gun centering structure is symmetrical on both sides, the two cylinders can be advanced synchronously (synchronized valve), welding gun should align places need to be welded in the mean time. Grounding unit is carbon rod with copper woven band, it can effectively conduct the electricity to the ground to avoid electricity voltage flame. Major driving parts apply the drive method of motor—swing needle wheel speed reducer—driving roller (front and back conveying roller through minor transition of chain wheel and chain), the wire speed also known as assembly speed applies alternating frequency conversion to regulate speed, it can be selected within the scope of 0.5-6M/min.
This electrical control system consists of PLC code programming controller and alternating frequency conversion speed regulator and other new components, it can be programmed into different applicable procedures on the basis of assembling process requirements of H steel to implement requested orders. On the electrical operation panel, working method to manufacture H steel represents manual, single cycle and auto-cycle.
