This machine mainly used for welding beam of the platform truck scale , on which bottom platform has six pcs U type rib plate , welding method is the automatic welding of MIG arc . The work piece is tighted by air system three lead roller , this machine contain operation convenience, the structure is simple and adjusts quick etc. advantage.

2. Function characteristics:

MH40 type T beam automatic welding machine is developed to weld U beam  of truck scale , based on taking advantages of both the domestic and oversea products, according to the market. It is mainly used in U or T beam multi-head gas shielded welding, especially the large scale one. The machine is compactly structured and convenient to operate.

  This machine adopts bilateral drive, mainly composed by drive moving organ, frame, column-elevating organ, guiding arc gas horizontal moving organ, guiding arc up and down, guiding arc organ, automatic welding system and electric operation system etc. This machine drags the trolley moving with  motor driving system to make guiding arc organ move stably. There are two symmetry guiding arc organs, which force the guiding arc moving along the welding line with the upper gas cylinder and up-down spring. The column adjusts in a larger range, while the guiding arc micro-adjusts when welding by gas cylinder and spring. Elevating organ and horizontal moving organ can be operated easily and the welding efficiency is high.
